  • Does all the smart devices include installation?
    All of our devices come with full installation and set up guide. However, we do provide installation services with additional service charge if you wish to have our team to do the installation for you. If at any point you require assistance in setting up, you can call our team at +65 6481 1033 or email us at enquiry@im-space.com to get the help you need.
  • Will I need extensive reconstruction work to set up your Smart Devices?
    No. Our products are designed with your convenience in mind, with minimal to zero rewiring work required for most of our products.
  • Is my data and personal info secured when I convert into a smart home?
    Definitely. We have top-level cybersecurity data encryption to ensure that all your information is safe.
  • What can I do with your smart home system installed?
    Our smart home system are designed to serve you and your daily needs. Not only can you control your entire home with your smartphones and voice, our proprietary AI system can be set up to understand your schedule and preference, adjusting the temperature, lighting and atmosphere of your rooms for any activity you want.
  • What is the warranty policy for your Smart Home products?
    All our smart devices have a 12month warranty period upon purchased.
